This is my little tin box. It was a Red Hots Tin, then I decorated it. It would be good to put brads in.

My handmade reference book and best friends page

This is my reference book..... there's a story why I made it. Here's the thing my Aunt has one too and hers is bigger and more nicer than mine and I thought that she made it "handmade" so I wanted mine to look as nice and neat as hers. I then found out hers was in a kit and she said I am very talented to make one as good as hers!! So here is what I did.....
Items Used
pattern cardstock
tabs
rub on letters
ribbon
cardboard
3 rings
crop a dile
How I did it
I measured where I needed to punch holes(then punched them) then I put the rings on, found styles of ribbon I liked(tied them on) put the cardboard and paper on the rings. If you can see the other ones, I made 4 blue tabs and wrote the parts of my reference book on there like binder tabs.... you know the ones where you write the subject on the folder. Hope you get that ok!

On this one of me and my friends I used stickles, brads, different colored flowers, ribbon, tin metal, and part of a polkadotted cardstock. The technique I used on this one was layering.

About Me!

Hi... my name is Maddy. I am 11 yrs old and "luv" 2 scrapbook!! I mostly do albums of friends, vacations, holidays, and more! What can I say... I'm a junior scrapbooker!! I do most of my scrapbooking at my Aunt's house and I'm sure most of you know her as Scrappycatz. She is the one who teaches me most of my scrapbooking techniques....... I may be a junior in scrapbooking but she is definetly a pro!! I have to tell you 2 scrapbooking stores that have every scrapbooking need and they dont really burn a hole in your pocket!! The first one is a store everyone should know about... Hobby Lobby, even though this store isn't all for scrapbooking, it has a great section for it. The second store.....some people may not know about this one.. Archivers. This one is great because it has awesome classes about scrapbooking and the store is like scrapbooking heaven... dont leave me alone in there with a visa..... thats all I have to say!!!

Baby Katie's Scrapbook Pages

This scrapbook page is made for my baby cousin Katie. I used stickles for the swirlies and hand-written words. I put 2 safety pins through the paper so they would stay on the cardstock. On one of the safety pins I put a charm that my Aunt had on the safety pin.... it was easy I just slid it on!! On the bottom left hand corner, there is a wire with letters on it. My Aunt helped me make it so it would look like a baby's bracelet.I hope really hope you like it!!
This one was made for Katie as well. I used some ribbon, stickles ,and letter stickers. I also used a technique that I love.... ripping cardstock and putting it on another piece of cardstock to make a beautiful background. I made the pink striped swirly design on the side with the Sizzix Side Kick. The Side kick is a cool design maker with many designs to make on many different colors!!This one is my favorite one of the three. Again I used the paper ripping technique and stickles. I found some "Baby Girl" cardstock paper and cut out the words I wanted and glued them on. My favorite part if this page is the polkadots on the pink ripped cardstock on the left hand side! I hope you like this one as much as I do!
